What happens after I submit?
- Your request is sent directly to our DPO (dpo@kaufmanai.com).
- We verify your identity before releasing/deleting data (to prevent impersonation).
- We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex cases, with notice).
- If unsatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local EU Data Protection Authority.
